Seamless delivery of amenities upgrades in a busy CBD shopping precinct.
A multi level amenities upgrade in a high end shopping complex, The Galeries in Sydney’s CBD was expertly managed resulting in minimal impact to multiple stakeholders and busy public spaces.
This included tailoring the program to facilitate the building’s buzzing public access throughout the hugely popular Vivid Festival, which attracts in excess of one-million+ visitors in a three week period. Shared loading dock facilities were carefully coordinated with busy retail owners and trades. Stringent safety standards were maintained as well as minimal disruption and dust by coordinating noisy works or moving materials into work zones after hours.
This culminated in the seamless delivery of a high quality finish.
