Evolve, in partnership with McVeigh Consultants, delivered the transformation of a 22,000m² former Woolworths warehouse into a cutting-edge facility for PWR, featuring advanced production areas, contemporary offices, training spaces, and staff amenities.
As a global leader in high-performance cooling solutions for the motorsport, automotive, and defence sectors, PWR required a facility that reflected their innovation and global reach.
The project presented unique challenges, with multiple construction zones operating concurrently and over 40 major design changes implemented throughout delivery.
