Evolve delivered the complete refurbishment and expansion of the new Purnell OMODA | JAECOO dealership in Blakehurst, transforming an existing automotive facility into a contemporary showroom and customer experience centre aligned with the global OMODA | JAECOO brand.

Designed by Figgis & Jefferson Architects, the project involved a comprehensive redevelopment of both the internal showroom and external presentation, incorporating premium customer lounges, new vehicle display areas, feature lighting, architectural joinery, digital display integration, upgraded sales and administration spaces, workshop improvements, external façade upgrades, signage and extensive site works.

Delivered within a live operating dealership, construction was carefully staged across four phases to enable uninterrupted trading throughout the works. Detailed planning, stakeholder coordination and flexible programming ensured customer access, vehicle movements and daily dealership operations were maintained while progressively handing over completed areas.
