In conjunction with BSK Projects, Evolve will deliver a hallmark brewery, offering an unrivalled hospitality experience for the Inner West.
Downstairs is a combined brewery and bar as well as the “Italian Gringo” kitchen that will be offering pizzas and tacos as well as an assortment of Deli Style sandwiches. Upstairs will be a multifunctional area offering a full pub menu as well as a low and slow smoker in the main kitchen.
