Evolve Constructions is spearheading a transformative project involving the construction of a cutting-edge Child Care Centre capable of hosting up to 124 children.
The development encompasses the reconfiguration of the lot to align with boundaries, resulting in a new 475sqm residential lot along the adjoining street.
The two-storey building, uniquely configured across three levels, includes undercroft car parking for 26 vehicles, inclusive of a dedicated space for persons with disabilities. The Lower Ground and Upper Ground floors will house childminding rooms, complemented by outdoor play areas on both ground level and elevated terraces.
