Evolve has partnered with Oxmar Properties through the Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) phase for the delivery of Narangba Heights Shopping Centre, a long-awaited retail and lifestyle destination designed to meet the daily needs of the growing local community.
Anchored by a full-line Coles supermarket and supported by a diverse mix of specialty retail, fresh food, medical, pharmacy and allied health, fitness, and personal services, the centre has been planned as a modern, highly accessible precinct—bringing essential services together in one convenient location. The development also includes parking for approximately 300 vehicles, supporting strong accessibility and ease of movement for customers across the site.
Throughout the ECI process, Evolve worked closely with the client and consultant team to strengthen buildability, cost certainty, and delivery planning—ensuring the centre is positioned for efficient delivery and long-term performance.
Once complete, Narangba Heights Shopping Centre will provide a community-focused hub that enhances everyday lifestyle, supports ongoing residential growth, and reinforces Oxmar’s vision for integrated, people-first neighbourhoods.
