Evolve are currently delivering the early works and design development for the staged redevelopment of an operational suburban shopping centre anchored by Woolworths. The project includes the expansion of the existing supermarket, construction of a new two-level carpark, and the transformation of the current open-air centre into a fully enclosed mall. All works are being planned and staged to ensure Woolworths remains operational and accessible throughout construction.

The redevelopment will significantly improve the centre’s functionality, accessibility and overall retail offering. Once complete, the centre will provide an enhanced shopping experience with upgraded amenities, increased parking capacity, and improved weather protection, supporting the long-term growth and activation of the precinct.
