Following a hugely successful project in North Lakes, Evolve was proudly selected to continue working with a key property developer on another exciting industrial project, this time with higher end, polished office spaces.
The works comprised of:
- The knockdown of existing buildings onsite and construction of seven new two storey office & warehouse commercial strata title units
- Concrete construction for ground floor and mezzanine
- Lightweight steel frame level one structure and upper level roof frame and cladding
- Completing warm shells for units 1-6 and a full fitout for unit 7
Given a basic industrial design, Evolve was tasked to increase the development’s appeal to present a well sought after business space. Evolve’s design experience accomplished just that. Matt monument enseam metal cladding combined with ply soffits gave this development a modern, contemporary feel. Large shop front windows maximised the rare occurrence of ground level views to a wide expanse, providing an impressive outlook to adjacent parkland and Brisbane city beyond.
