Evolve delivered the complete transformation of two ageing and dilapidated buildings into a modern, high-performing head office for Kenny Constructions in Yennora.

The project involved extensive demolition and structural remediation works, including the reinstatement of the Level 1 floor in Building A and full roof replacements across both buildings, with a new truss roof installed to Building B. Significant upgrades to building services were also undertaken, integrating new electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems to support a contemporary workplace environment.

Internally, the space was reconfigured to create an open-plan office complemented by breakout areas, private meeting rooms, a dedicated staff gym and a modern lunchroom—designed to enhance both functionality and team wellbeing.

Accessibility was a key project driver, with the introduction of a new lift and rear concrete balcony to achieve full DDA compliance. High-quality finishes, including painting, waterproofing, ceiling systems and external cladding, completed the transformation.

The result is a fully revitalised workplace that supports Kenny Constructions’ operational requirements while delivering a considered, future-ready environment for its team—demonstrating Evolve’s capability in complex refurbishment and adaptive reuse projects.
