Evolve has successfully delivered the refurbishment of two dilapidated buildings into the new head office for Kenny Constructions in Yennora. The transformation included extensive demolition, structural remediation, and the reinstatement of the level 1 floor in Building A. Both roofs were replaced, with Building B receiving a new truss roof. The project also included the integration of all-new Electrical, Hydraulic, and Mechanical services, and the creation of an open-plan office with breakout areas, private meeting rooms, a staff gym, and a modern lunchroom.

Accessibility was a key focus, with a lift installed at the rear of the building via a new concrete balcony to ensure DDA compliance. Works were completed to a high standard, with painting, waterproofing, ceiling grid installation, and cladding finalised. The result is a fully modernised, functional workspace that supports the operational needs and wellbeing of the Kenny Constructions team.
