Evolve has delivered the Harris Farm Markets’ flagship store in Marrickville as part of the new Wicks Place development, transforming 1,800m2 of retail space into a vibrant farmers market-style shopping experience. Working closely with the client and stakeholders, Evolve is creating a dynamic and inviting store that reflects the brand’s commitment to quality and fresh produce.

The fitout will feature specialised zones for fresh fruit and vegetables, international and vegan products, a delicatessen, seafood and meat sections, and a bakery offering freshly baked goods. Dedicated areas for dairy and cheese products will further enhance the store’s reputation for variety, ensuring a comprehensive shopping experience for customers.
