To meet the needs of a global business and multiple stakeholders, Evolve prioritized a dynamic and agile communications strategy.  Weekly international zoom meetings included communication partners in Australia, the Philippines and India.

The contract works encompassed the complete fitout of a 1400m2 corporate office, including bespoke joinery, acoustic partition details and a dedicated Comms room fitted with a Gaseous Suppression System and Computer Access Floor.

Works were executed within an active building, over a 10 week fast-tracked program, and included a number of additional scope items being incorporated into the original project duration.

Genpact needed a flexible and specialised adaptive-team to meet these challenges, and the project was completed on-time successfully.
