Maximising function and quality in a complex industrial build.

Featuring the design and construction of 20 individual warehouse units, within three buildings, we subdivided an existing lot and included the installation of new services, power, water, sewer, and comms.

The structure is comprised of concrete footings and slabs, concrete tilt panels and structural steel framing, with selected units fitted with concrete & steel mezzanines.

Internally, we provided an office fitout of selected units, with toilets and kitchenettes to both levels, and open plan office layouts upstairs.

Externally, we laid over 2500m² of concrete for the carpark with line marking and driveway crossover into the new development from Lavarack Ave.

Landscaping and the development of an additional service road entry point, required by Brisbane City Council, completed the build of this monolithic structure.
