Evolve is delivering the commercial fitout of CHANGE – House of Health’s flagship wellness destination within the highly activated Wunderlich Lane precinct in Surry Hills.

Positioned as more than a traditional gym, the project brings together strength, recovery and community within a single, highly curated environment. The facility incorporates light-filled reformer Pilates studios, high-performance strength training zones, dedicated recovery spaces including sauna and hot and cold immersion, alongside considered breakout areas designed to support rest and connection.

The delivery of this space requires a highly coordinated approach across structure, services and finishes, with particular focus on integrating wet areas, specialist equipment requirements and acoustic performance across multiple studio environments. Operating within a live, inner-city setting, the project demands disciplined staging, stakeholder management and precise programme control to ensure minimal disruption to surrounding tenancies and public interfaces.

Working in close collaboration with the client and consultant team, Evolve is translating a design-led wellness concept into a functional, high-performing built outcome.
