The Suburban Shopping Centre Redevelopment is a transformative initiative that involves the expansion of an existing suburban
shopping center. Under the Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) framework.

The project encompasses the demolition and extension of the supermarket, the removal of 13 existing specialty shops, and the construction of a new 3,500 square meter Woolworths store with Direct to Boot and Staff Car parking facilities.

Additionally, the project includes upgrading fire services, reconfiguring food tenancies, refurbishing and extending public amenities, enhancing car parking spaces and vehicle driveways, improving external façade
treatments, installing new carpark shade structures, and introducing new tile floor finishes throughout public areas.

This redevelopment aims to provide a contemporary shopping experience, providing an attractive and convenient retail destination for the community.
