Evolve was engaged to deliver the ambitious redevelopment of The Balgowlah RSL Memorial Club, successfully transforming this longstanding community hub. The project involved the demolition of existing ground floor spaces, including the lounge, café, TAB and smoking areas, making way for new purpose-built zones featuring a modern lounge, café, TAB and smoking areas, anchored by an operable glass roof that seamlessly integrated indoor and outdoor environments.

The redevelopment delivered an 86m² increase in gross floor area, alongside carefully curated landscaping that enhanced both capacity and atmosphere. Evolve’s commitment to quality and precision, combined with the innovative vision of DACCA Architecture, resulted in a refreshed venue that strengthened community connection and positioned the club for future growth.
