Evolve was proud to partner with MCD Australia to deliver the refurbishment of the Australian Dental Association Queensland (ADAQ) headquarters in Bowen Hills.

Engaged under an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) model, we worked closely with the client and consultants to streamline design coordination and fast-track long-lead procurement including early lift package engagement to maintain project momentum.

The transformation included the conversion of the building into a dual-purpose facility, now home to ADAQ’s new training centre and commercial head office. Works involved remedial building upgrades, a full external façade refresh, and the installation of a new lift to improve accessibility to the first floor.
