Evolve is proud to partner with Ferradini Property Group on the development of a vibrant local centre in Samford Village, designed to enhance the community’s food and beverage offerings within a high-amenity setting.
The project involves constructing a single-storey building comprising seven individual tenancies, with the two largest featuring outdoor alfresco dining areas to create inviting gathering spaces for residents and neighboring rural communities.
Spanning just under 3,000m², the site will also include an open ground-floor car park with 41 spaces. This development promises to become a welcoming hub for the local and surrounding communities.
