Evolve is proud to have delivered the first flagship store for Harris Farm Markets in Canberra.

The project involved the fitout of a 3,000 square meter purpose-built retail precinct within Majura Park, adjacent to the bustling Canberra Airport.

Working closely with the Airport, Evolve planned and executed the fitout to transform the space into a vibrant and inviting farmers market style shopping experience.

The fit-out included the creation of a Three Mills Bakery and extensive quality seafood and meat section, with a cut-to-order Harris Farm butchery and dry-aged meat fridges. In addition to the as abundance of fresh fruit and veggies – the store also includes locally grown and organic options – plus a café, juice bar, nut station, and flower market.

Evolve delivered the store, creating a seamless and accessible shopping experience, all whilst working within a live environment.
