An ambience upgrade breathes new life into busy commercial building.

Evolve was engaged through a structured tender managed by NixAnderson Project Management.

The scope of works involved extensive refurbishment of the external feature façade, landscaping, external access paths, building entrance structure upgrade and lobby refurbishment. The ground floor amenities were also entirely upgraded and converted to provide new end-of-trip facilities.

The key client requirement was for Evolve to ensure the works did not affect tenant business activity. Through consistent and open communication, as well as ensuring safety measures were maintained, such as hoarding and directional signage, there was minimal disruption to tenants.

The ambience upgrades (included: the external facade, entry awning modification, landscaping, lobby and amenities upgrades) delivered a new lease of life into this original condition building.
