Evolve’s Construction Management service caters for clients with two fee approaches: a fixed lump sum or cost plus.

Lump Sum
The lump sum approach is suited to clients that have a well defined and documented scope that will benefit from a guaranteed fixed lump sum, either tendered or negotiated.

Depending on the scale and scope of the project, Evolve receive comprehensively documented packages from the project manager, architect, designer, services engineers and specialist consultants that form a pre-approved set of design documents for pricing.

Evolve then deliver the project to a fixed contract sum and completion date as contracted.

Cost Plus
The cost plus approach is suited to clients that need to commence the construction process immediately but still have flexibility to develop the scope as the works progress.

To enable a project to commence quickly, Evolve offers fixed preliminaries with a competitive construction management fee that works to the client’s budget.

Our extensive experience in budgetary management and planning ensures forecasts for cost, program, procurement and construction meet the specific requirements of each project.

Construct

At Evolve we’re proud of our complete turnkey capabilities. Our design and construct service takes care of the complete design and construction management of your project, so you can rest easy in the knowledge that your project is managed to exceptionally high standards, from start to finish.

Our Design and Construct service is suitable for clients with an understanding of their requirements, but with limited or no documented scope.

Evolve engage and manage specialist designers to investigate a thorough brief. After the briefing process, a set of design documents are produced that meet the client’s requirements.

This process, combined with rigorous cost engineering, budget and construction management allows for a faster, more streamlined process. Our staged fee structure ensures total client control and flexibility throughout the project.
